SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a label created email once the order is done being processed containing the tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

RETURN POLICY

The Bouncing Bean will accept for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages within 30 days from receipt of order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the 30 day period. Items must be returned with tags still attached and must be in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
